Street Knowledge Publishing (“SKP”) was founded in November 2003, when Joseph L. Jones, President, CEO, made a decision to leave the street game and begin a new type of hustle (the book game).  Jones teamed up with an old friend, Leondrei Prince, who maintained a catalog of street novels in his head.  Inspired by the writings of Donald Goines, Leondrei Prince became the first author of SKP with Bloody Money.    The first distribution of Bloody Money was sold out in just weeks.  Since then, SKP has published Bloody Money 2, and Me and My Girls.  

In addition to the works of Leondrei Prince, SKP will be introducing work from other emerging authors with vision and talent to create gripping fiction based on  inner city experiences.  SKP provides a variety of book publishing services such as editing, design, printing, marketing and promotion. 

SKP’s mission is to continue putting out the hottest books and to create suspense and excitement through fiction rather than through violence and crime.  In the future, SKP plans to expand its horizon by converting published stories into film.
